Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring for a full-time AT&T Customer Representative to join our growing team in the Chicago area. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of the most recognized brands in the telecommunications industry while gaining valuable experience in customer relations, sales, marketing, and business development.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with customers in a retail environment, helping them explore wireless products, upgrades, and service solutions that best fit their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Represent AT&T wireless products and services in a professional retail setting
• Assist customers with wireless plans, device upgrades, new enrollments, and account support
• Deliver personalized customer experiences by understanding individual needs and recommending solutions
• Answer questions related to products, services, billing, and promotions
• Work toward individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to support campaign growth and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and sales development
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven mindset
