Job Title

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)

• Cloud & AI: Must have experience with AWS; familiarity with AI tools (Kiro or Amazon Q) is required.
• API & Integration: Must have experience leading API design and managing system integrations (API/Batch).
• Development: Must understand enterprise software development, databases, and data integrations.
• Background: Must be "mathematical" with a Computer Science degree or equivalent analytical mindset.

Experience Levels Required

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• 5+ years leading enterprise software solutions with Product/Engineering teams.
• 3+ years specifically in API design and development.
• 3+ years managing system integrations.
• 3+ years acting as a Scrum Master.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and sprint coordination.
• Run daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coach development teams in Agile frameworks and Scrum maturity.
• Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Translate product roadmap features into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Digital Business partners and vendors to co-develop roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Design/UX, and Engineering cross-functional teams.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production maintenance.
• Turn data insights into actionable product outcomes.
