THE ROLE

This is the operational nerve center of Ryze Agency. As Senior Project Manager, you own how work flows across every brand, every team, and every deliverable. You're not here to take notes in meetings, you're here to build and run the system that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, deadlines are hit, and the team always knows what's next. Asana is your primary instrument. You should play it fluently.

This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff and operates across all active client brands and internal workstreams simultaneously. If you thrive where the work is complex, the pace is fast, and the standard is high, this is the role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Build, manage, and continuously optimize the full project management infrastructure in Asana across all client brands and internal teams
• Architect and maintain project templates, portfolio views, timelines, workload dashboards, and dependency maps, if it's happening at Ryze, it's tracked
• Own onboarding of new projects and clients: intake, scoping, task breakdown, team assignment, and timeline construction
• Run daily and weekly project status, proactively surfacing blockers, flagging overdue tasks, and keeping stakeholders informed without being asked
• Hold the team accountable to task completion, due dates, and update hygiene in Asana with professionalism and persistence
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to build workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks that scale
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across paid media, social, content, email, design, and AI/automation workstreams
• Identify and eliminate process gaps, you're always asking "why is this still manual?"
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders around timelines, deliverable status, and capacity

ASANA EXPERTISE REQUIRED

This role requires genuine, hands-on Asana mastery, not casual familiarity. You should be able to:

• Build full project structures from scratch: sections, tasks, subtasks, dependencies, custom fields, and rules
• Set up and manage Portfolio and Goals views for executive-level oversight
• Create and use Workload and Timeline views to manage capacity across a multi-person team
• Automate routine task creation, status updates, and notifications using Asana Rules
• Build and maintain project templates deployable consistently across new client onboarding
• Use Asana reporting and dashboards to surface project health at a glance
• Integrate Asana with Slack, Google Drive, and email to keep communication and assets connected to work
• Asana Certified Associate or higher is a strong plus, if you have it tell us, if you don't you should be working toward it

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an agency environment managing multiple simultaneous client accounts
• Expert-level Asana user, this is non-negotiable and will be assessed in the interview process
• Experience managing projects across diverse deliverable types: campaigns, content production, product launches, tech builds
• Proven ability to build PM systems from a messy state, you've inherited chaos before and turned it into structure
• Strong communicator who can hold people accountable without damaging relationships
• Genuinely curious about AI tools and already incorporating them into how you work
• Familiarity with digital marketing operations, campaigns, content calendars, creative production, paid media, is a significant advantage
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent is a plus, but results matter more than credentials here
