Job Overview Sales Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying new sales opportunities through targeted lead generation activities. This role focuses on prospecting, researching potential customers, and helping drive the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build relationships with prospects. This position is expected to increase the number of outbound leads delivered to the sales team and may be required to qualify inbound leads. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Identify target audience and create a sales funnel Attract new clients and create sales pipelines Manage a database of leads and capture and add new leads for sales cycles Contact prospective clients via outbound email and cold calling and discuss the value of a product or service to establish interest Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information Ensure adequacy of sales‑related equipment or material Arrange and ship sales materials for trade shows or conferences Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Support sales teams around the country Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events Answer phone calls and emails about sales questions or concerns Follow up with sales representatives when appropriate Ensure adherence to laws and policies Title Sales Lead Generator Compensation $70,000–$80,000 per year Qualification Required education and experience include a BSc/BA in business administration or a related field; certification in sales or marketing is an asset. Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Lead Generator, and work experience in a similar setting such as customer service, sales, or office administration. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Familiarity with CRM and Salesforce software. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in English. Well‑organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem‑solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player with a high level of dedication. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, sometimes high‑stress work environment. Supervisory Responsibilities This position carries no supervisory responsibilities.
