Non-CDL Route Delivery Driver

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking motivated and dependable Non-CDL Route Delivery Drivers to join our team. This position is responsible for safely delivering beverages to customer accounts while providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships along assigned routes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver beverage products to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and other customer accounts.
• Load, unload, and merchandise products at delivery locations.
• Verify invoices and collect required signatures.
• Provide professional customer service during every delivery.
• Effectively communicate with the Sales team and Merchandisers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting at $22.90 per hour with the opportunity to earn additional commissions.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver products weighing up to 165 lbs. with hand carts and equipment assistance.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Previous route delivery or beverage distribution experience preferred but not required.
