Summer Marketing Intern

The Summer Marketing Intern will support The Management Group's marketing team in executing digital, on-site, and brand initiatives across multiple apartment communities. This hands-on role provides real-world experience in multifamily marketing, social media strategy, brand management, and property-level execution.

This internship is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented student who is interested in marketing, branding, or digital media and wants exposure to both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Analytics Support
• Assist with Marketing IQ updates and data entry
• Support CRM IQ reporting and tracking
• Help complete marketing audits for assigned properties
• Assist in compiling performance summaries and insights

• Digital & Content Creation
• Brainstorm and develop social media content ideas for multiple apartment communities
• Create branded Canva flyers and marketing collateral
• Assist with email blast creation and formatting
• Upload and organize vacant unit photography

• Support basic website updates and content adjustments

• Property & Event Support
• Participate in property visits
• Assist with community event setup and marketing
• Capture on-site photos and video for social media
• Support leasing teams with promotional materials

Team Exposure & Learning

• Shadow members of the TMG Marketing Team
• Observe campaign planning, vendor coordination, and digital strategy execution
• Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Gain exposure to multifamily lead funnels and performance tracking
