About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train kennel staff to ensure high standards of pet care.
• Oversee daily operations, including feeding, grooming, and exercising pets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kennel facilities.
• Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and potential clients.
• Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts effectively.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support the management team in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in animal care or kennel management preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of pet behavior and health care practices.
• Ability to lift and handle animals of various sizes safely.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification in pet first aid or CPR is a plus.
• Passion for animal welfare and a positive demeanor.
