Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Paint Line Production Worker to learn and operate our paint line system. This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and handling frame parts and doors throughout the production process while supporting shipping and receiving activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and operate the paint line system safely and efficiently.
• Wash and prepare frame parts and doors for painting.
• Load parts onto the paint line according to production requirements.
• Apply paint and coatings following quality and process standards.
• Unload painted parts and inspect for quality and finish consistency.
• Package and organize finished products for shipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, and inventory handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Shift


Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM


Pay: $20 Per Hour Paid Weekly


Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, painting, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn paint line operations and production processes.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements


Must be able to pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
