Overview Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking an Acute Registered Nurse (Dialysis) for Lincoln, NE. The Dialysis Center of Lincoln is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Dialysis Team providing life‑sustaining treatments to hospitalized patients. No dialysis experience required — new grads welcome! We provide 12 weeks of paid training (classroom + hands‑on). What You’ll Do Provide acute dialysis treatments (hemodialysis, CRRT, plasmapheresis) Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Operate dialysis equipment and respond to alarms/emergencies Collaborate with hospital staff and providers Document care and ensure infection control and patient safety Delegate and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) Schedule Shifts start around 7:30 AM Typically 10‑hour shifts Self‑scheduling Rotating on‑call Travel between contracted hospitals as needed Qualifications Current RN license (Nebraska or compact state) BLS/CPR required Valid driver’s license and insurance Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills Benefits PTO starting day one 12 weeks paid training Tuition reimbursement Employer‑matched 401(k) Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance DCL pays 100% of dental, disability & life insurance premiums Up to $1,000/year HSA contribution Apply here: #J-18808-Ljbffr
