To support the growth of the company, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Specialist will lead website redevelopment, design and implement SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and execute various digital marketing initiatives to enhance traffic and conversions. Key responsibilities Lead the redesign and rebuild of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and optimized experience Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic Plan and manage PPC campaigns, optimizing for ROI and coordinating landing page design to maximize conversions Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including web design coordination, SEO, and PPC management Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs Experience managing website projects, preferably with WordPress or similar CMS Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines without micromanagement
