Yuksel Seeds is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support and coordinate the company’s global digital communication strategy under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. This position will play a key role in strengthening the global visibility of the Yuksel Seeds brand, ensuring consistent communication across markets, and supporting the company’s international growth and digital transformation. Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate Yuksel Seeds’ global digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and future platforms Develop and execute international digital marketing campaigns promoting varieties, innovations, and events Ensure consistent global brand messaging and visual identity across all markets. Coordinate digital content creation with teams from different countries and regions Optimize website performance, SEO, visibility, and user experience Create and manage engaging visual and video content for international communication Support subsidiaries and distributors with digital marketing tools, presentations, and promotional materials Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and campaign effectiveness Identify and implement new digital trends, technologies, and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and communication impact Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, breeding, and product development teams What we offer Opportunity to join a growing international seed company with global projection Dynamic and international working environment Participation in innovative projects and global communication strategies Career development opportunities within an expanding organization Collaborative work environment with international teams What we are Looking Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum5 years of experience in digital marketing or international marketing roles in agricultural, seeds, or fresh produce sector. Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, digital advertising, and content strategy Experience in video creation, visual storytelling, and digital campaign management Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, video editing, and digital communication is highly valued Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously Fluent English and Spanish.
