Corporate Communications Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join an industry-leading organization to manage companywide efforts for internal and external communications. The role will focus on developing company-wide strategies related to social media communications and implementing programs to leverage all forms of internal and external media to broaden the success of the company. The individual will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality content that is aligned with company values and consistent in branding and messaging. Responsibilities: Corporate Communications Manager

• Follow company standards regarding internet use, social media use, maintenance of digital information, and security.
• Establish creative ways to reach stakeholders including potential applicants, customers, community partners, etc. using both digital and traditional communication channels.
• Create systems to ensure all communications are timely, relevant, and add value to the vision and mission of the company.
• Create systems to clean up old information that may exist on social media platforms and maintain a "current presence.
• Develop new strategies and partner with cutting-edge consultants and media experts to ensure the organization is using digital media to its advantage.
• Translate Company's professional brand look and feel into engaging and informative communications.
• Develop strategies related to the company's presence on social media platforms and internet sites. Leverage search engines, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other existing and emerging communications platforms to Company's advantage.
• Leverage digital media to create business opportunities and company reputation for various stakeholders.
• Recommend appropriate content, graphic design, and imagery for assignments supporting diverse and evolving business needs.
• Create visual and written communications for distribution across the organizational footprint, including in the company's quarterly magazine.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support communication needs while maintaining a high level of customer service and performance.
• Assist with the development and management of the company's visual assets, including the contents of its digital photo library and video footage archives.

Requirements: Corporate Communications Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Journalism, Media or Public Relations, marketing, information systems or similar degree program which provides competency in digital and traditional media.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent written, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must; ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Photography and/or videography experience a plus
• Highly creative with graphic design skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to regional office locations
