CRB is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support the growth and execution of our Early Careers program. This role will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top intern and new graduate talent across multiple offices. As we continue to expand our campus presence, this individual will serve as a critical partner in delivering a high-quality, consistent, and engaging candidate experience while supporting hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You will work closely with the Program Manager, who focuses on program strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth, while you bring the recruiting process to life through execution, relationship-building, and operational excellence. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Early Career Program Manager, you will support the deployment of the early career programs for all U.S. locations. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruiting process for early career roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support Manage candidate experience and logistics , including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions Support campus events and career fairs , including coordination, execution, and candidate follow-up Track and manage candidate pipelines , ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs Contribute to program improvement , bringing ideas to enhance processes, candidate experience, and overall program success What Will Make You Successful You are highly organized and thrive in execution-heavy environments You care deeply about candidate experience and creating meaningful interactions You take ownership of your work and follow through on details You are proactive and solutions-oriented You enjoy building relationships and collaborating across teams 1–3years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, higher ed or talent acquisition Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
