Summary of Job Description

As an Activity Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Your responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe, and fun environments in recreational areas such as pools, fitness centers, and sports facilities. You provide excellent guest service by assisting guests with rental equipment, organizing recreational activities, retail and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

This position pays $19 per hour

Work Hours
  • Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
  • Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions.
Job Requirements
  • Guest - focused personality
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to multitask
  • Produce a fun and safe atmosphere while maintaining resort standards
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role, preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Strong creativity and socialization skills
Job Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they arrive at the facility and answer their questions
  • Keep the fitness center clean and organized
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving concerns and complaints
  • Ensure that towels and other amenities are always well-stocked
  • Provides towels to guests, escorts them to chairs, and sets up towels on chairs
  • Provides information about pool food and beverage service and offers menus
  • Assists in set-up and tear down for poolside functions
  • Cleans, maintains, and positions pool furniture
  • Picks up trash and dirty towels and repositions chairs throughout shift
  • Delivers and executes resort programming and activities
  • Promotes and introduces resort program activities to resort guests
  • Ensures cabana and day bed guests are welcomed and properly checked in
  • Retail: set-up, sell, stock, tag and stow retail items
